1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of beaconprojects.in (the “Website”), owned and operated by Beacon Projects Pvt. Ltd. (“Beacon”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Purpose of the Website

The Website provides information about Beacon’s residential projects, company background and services, and lets you send enquiries. It is not an online booking or sales platform, and no purchase can be completed through it.

3. Information Is Indicative Only

• Project descriptions, images, renderings, floor plans, layouts, specifications, amenities and unit sizes are for general information and are indicative. They do not form part of any offer, contract or legal commitment.
• Artist’s impressions and photographs are illustrative and may differ from the final built product.
• Specifications, designs, amenities, prices, availability and possession timelines may change without prior notice.
• Nothing on the Website is an offer, invitation or solicitation to buy. Any purchase is governed only by a signed Agreement for Sale and the applicable RERA-registered documents.
• Please confirm current details with our sales team before making any decision.

4. RERA Information

Project details are shown in line with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. The RERA registration number for each project is shown on its project page [add once confirmed]. The full details of a registered project are available on the Kerala RERA website. In case of any difference between the Website and the RERA-registered information, the RERA-registered information prevails.

5. Enquiries and Communication

When you submit a form, request a brochure, schedule a site visit or contact us on WhatsApp, you agree to give accurate information and consent to being contacted by phone, email, SMS or WhatsApp about your enquiry. You may opt out of marketing communication at any time. Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking, reservation or contract.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website is owned by or licensed to Beacon. This includes the logo, brand name, “Building Good Life” and “Good Life” branding, text, photographs, graphics, floor plans, brochures, videos and design. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use it commercially without our written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading or another person’s information
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or its systems
• Introduce viruses, malware or harmful code
• Scrape, copy or harvest content or data using automated tools
• Interfere with the Website’s operation or other users’ access

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Website may link to or embed third-party services such as Google Maps, WhatsApp and social media platforms. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of them is at your own risk.

We may update the Website or these Terms at any time without notice. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights under RERA, the courts at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website.
